I remember as a kid coming down from my bedroom and watching a few minutes of this. It scared the shit out of me. Now decades later, I think it's one of the best things the BBC has ever done. I never get tired of watching it.

Subject: ...but it's still fun to watch

Interesting that this is made in 1958 about space ships, but this one is not designed in the usual (then) flying saucer shape or even a triangle, but in today's white tic tac shape.
Also the acting is hilarious...
